I've built this site to put together information about outdoor locations I've visited. Some are quite popular and well travelled, but I'm also going to be writing about many of the "secret spots" that I've run across. I'm located in the San Francisco Bay Area so most of my writing is going to be about my home turf. Whenever you are outdoors the seasons and the weather play a big part. I'm going to tell what season I visited, but bear in mind that the season you are reading about may be completely different from the time you are planning to visit, so consider the conditions and check if the location is actually open before you go.
